on May 31, 1931,
passed away
Sept. 10, 2004 in
the Extended
Care Facility Wing of
Boundary Community Hospital
in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
Services will be held at noon
on Tuesday, Sept. 21 at the
Bonners Ferry Funeral Homes.
Jacky is survived by her loving
husband, Don Gene
Wilson, two daughters, Sharon
Wilson of Cheney, Wash, and
Susan Wilson of Bonners
Ferry, Id., two sisters, Patricia
Alexander and her husband,
Darold, of Eugene, Ore. and
Michele Kohout of Grand
Coulee, Wash. A nephew, many
nieces and cousins as well as
her extended family also survive
her.
The daughter of Alton and
Mary Snyder, Jacky grew up in
Spokane, Wash., graduating
from Holy Names Academy in
1949. She met Don in Spokane
and they married on Oct. 9,
1950 and moved to Bonners
Ferry shortly thereafter.
During her lifetime, Jacky
worked for Western Auto
(saleslady), Bank of Idaho
(head teller), Bill Sage
Accounting (bookkeeper),
Bonners Ferry Post Company
(co-owner), and Sater's
Auction. Early in life, Jacky"s
interests included sewing, playing
cards, bowling, JayCeettes
and the Bonners Ferry Boat
Club. In later years, her interests
included auctions and
antiques.
Her passion for antiques
began when she attended her
first auction. She then started
working for the Auction and
that led to an extensive knowledge
of antiques, but more
importantly it led to a multitude
of friends. She cherished all her
friendships, old and new.
