John William McClellan, father of J. W. McClellan, died at his son's home at Naples on February 11, at the age of 72 years, after a lingering illness. The funeral was held from the home of his daughter, Mrs. David Hoy on Tuesday, February 14. Interment in the McArthur cemetery.
